http://www.lib.uiowa.edu/hardin/md/ 大名鼎鼎的Hardin，是Iowa大学图书馆版的，真正的免费资源并不多，但是其信息量是够大的，纵览医学全景。注意页面中的“free journal”，其中的免费医学杂志信息和“Search titles with PubMed links to full-text articles ”的策略，非常非常精彩！
http://www.biovisa.net ， 免费注册，强烈建议注册后进入论坛，其提供的论坛链接非常有价值！
至于另两个提供free 医学杂志和书籍的站点，地球人都知道，不讲了
